To accomplish our goal, we had to find the perfect production facility for our products. In fact, it took over a year to find a company to meet the highest standards possible to produce our “incredibly soft, thick, multi-purpose” Soothing Wipe.
Our Soothing Wipe manufacturer had to meet all of the criteria below:
1. Production capabilities had to meet the highest quality control standards
including critical work being performed in a sterile environment and having one
of the most advanced multi-stage water filtration capabilities available today. There are 5 stages of water filtration before the water is completely EDI (electrodeioniztion) purified and ready to use in production of the Soothing Wipes.
2. Presentation of the highest level of certification awards demonstrating their pride and commitment to quality. This includes being the “best in class” with the highest safety records, excellent working environment, efficient practices and sustainability.
3. Our manufacturer has been in business over 10 years and has customers all over the world, including USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, Vietnam, Philippines and Singapore to name a few.
4. With our unique and innovative “chemical – free” natural salt and anti-microbial herb preservative system, there is no need to worry about irritation which can be caused by preservatives. As an additional precaution, our wipes are packaged in an aseptic environment to assure no microbes are present when the package is sealed.
5. Our Soothing Wipes are created with our proprietary blend of herbs, minerals and amino acids designed specially to soothe and protect sensitive skin from irritation.
6. Doctor Butler’s Soothing Wipes are made from Bamboo since this is the softest and most comfortable substrate. Nothing else comes close to being so environmentally friendly, renewable and biodegradable. In fact, our bamboo is even certified as “natural” (rayon free, pesticide and chemical free).
There you have it. THE PERFECT WIPE, both Chemical-free and Soothing. We choose to source the purist, most natural form of Bamboo. The ONLY production facility that met our criteria is located in Shanghai. The proper use and handling of the bamboo substrate is a specialty of theirs. This is why we are confident that Doctor Butler’s Soothing Wipes are made of the highest quality, chemical free ingredients available anywhere!
